Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
To win a conference championship and national championship. Also, lead my team through adversity while being productive and accountable and get a shot at the next level.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Active, Physical, Relentless.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I will train at Hammer Smith Sports working on speed and agility while getting bigger, faster, and stronger. I will also change my diet and will be working on flexibility daily.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
When I study film, I look at tendencies that the players have. I study the Offensive Tackles and the Wide Receivers the most. The Tackles give me my run/pass key. I also look at the formation and their top plays out of each formation.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
What separates me is I can play any position in the secondary. I can also play in the box. I’m very versatile and it shows on the film. They call me a hybrid.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I have played every position in the secondary. I have also played on every special teams. So, I have a ton of experience. My strengths are, I’m very athletic, very strong, very physical, and very active. Off the field, I’m a leader, always somewhere working out, getting better, perfecting my craft, and staying out of trouble.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
My final pitch or sell to pro scouts is that I am the hard worker and the biggest competitor you’ll meet. I’m very versatile, I can play multiple positions and any special teams. I will do whatever for the team and I’m very disciplined on and off the field. I can compete with whoever you put in front of me. I’m a very skillful player and whoever gives me a chance will get a great, determined player.
