Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
To play as hard and as physical as I possibly could and be a leader for my team on/off the field. Also, to be the best Offensive Lineman in the conference.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Quick, Physical, and Smart.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I have already started training. I am continuing to improve every aspect of my game including my strength, endurance, and speed.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I watch for a player’s weaknesses and what they do consistently that’s going to help me know which way they are going to stunt or when they will twist. When I watch myself, I look for things I can improve on.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
Looking at me, I am the average size of an Offensive Lineman, but I have a high football IQ. I am always in my playbook and learning new positions. I am able to make calls at the line, and I have quick hands and feet.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
On the field, I am versatile and a leader. I will bring a hard-working mentality to the team. I always look for ways to improve both on and off the field. Off the field, I am willing to listen and learn new things. I am a humble and punctual person.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
My final pitch would be that I’m willing to play anywhere a team needs or wants me. I bring good character, I am coachable, and I am very passionate about this game. I would be a great addition to any roster.
