Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My primary goal was to drive the team to become championship-caliber. For me, that meant setting an example for my teammates day in and day out. I wanted to practice, prepare, and play with intensity and passion and get the same out of those around me. We ultimately won the Ivy League title, a hard-earned accomplishment for our team.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would describe me as a dogged and passionate football player who inspires others with my words and actions on and off the field. As someone who leads by example and pushes himself and those around him to be the best they can be.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I watch film, I focus on things that will help me improve my reaction time and power at the line of scrimmage, which are crucial components of my game. I pay close attention to the opposing team’s patterns and tells so that I can react correctly with power and violence at the snap. Also, something I incorporated during the back end of last season and saw success with was more intentional pass rush preparation – finding opportunities and match-ups where I can employ a specific technique to pressure the quarterback and disrupt passes.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My unique combination of physical abilities and capacity to grow separates me from other pro prospects in my position. While I possess the size, strength, and agility to excel professionally, my unwavering mindset of continuous improvement sets me apart. My journey from starting football at a local club in England aged 16 to playing at the collegiate level in the US showcases my resilience, passion, and potential in the sport.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have been training at AIA Pro Football Prep in Ohio for the past nine weeks, focusing on the physical and mental preparation for my pro day. For the next month, I will continue my training in Connecticut with local trainers to prepare for a camp opportunity.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field, I bring a combination of physicality, passion, and a desire to improve every day. Off the field, I am committed to being a devoted teammate, meticulous in preparation, and someone my family and friends can be proud of.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I am a committed and growth-minded football player with the physical characteristics to succeed and a unique story demonstrating my dedication to the sport. I have consistently improved physically and in my football skills every year of my career. I have a high potential to be a valuable player at the professional level and am eager to bring my skills and attitude to any team that takes a chance on me.
