What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My main objective going into my last season was to win a conference championship and be the most dominant person on the field at all times.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I think it gave me more time to recover and learn the game from a mental aspect such a reading keys better and becoming a better student to the game.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches always told me I was the most dominant on the field when I wanted to be and my teammates looked to me as a leader and would tell you that I’m “like that”.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I would definitely say from watching film that I definitely need to develop a more consistent pass rush as I further my career and work on my footwork.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
When you cut the tape on, I stand out from everyone else, because I’m always in the backfield causing havoc. I force takeaways and create pressure all over the field.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
This off-season is critical to me so I am going to workout daily on my weaknesses to better my chances of playing at the next level.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring a physical and dominant mentality and the ability to create plays. I’m also a natural leader, who others will follow.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
It’s always been my dream to play at the next level and I can and will do my best to prove that I deserve to be there no matter the circumstance!
