What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I wanted to become more efficient in the pocket, accurate and a better leader on and off the field and I can say that I accomplished those things.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I put some things on film that needed to be on there in terms of throwing certain routes. I think that my knowledge of the game has grown and it allowed me to play faster. Also getting some under center reps and becoming comfortable with that. Another year of film was a no brainer for me being that I only played 2 seasons.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I am a hard worker, I put the team before myself, I’m a leader, I’m tough both mentally and physically, playmaker, can make plays with my feet and arm.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I try to look at personnel, what the opposing teams primary defense is, what they like to do on certain downs and distances, their key players and what new things they can possibly try to do to us defensively to try and knock us off our game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I’m as tough as they come, I’m willing to put everything on the line for the team. I will put in the work to be better each and everyday. Every single player I have ever play with will tell you that they loved playing with me and that I earned their trust. That will not change at the next level no matter what pro league I end up playing for.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will be training with Matt Simms for my QB workouts and also training at Transform Fitness in Tuckahoe, NY.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m a leader on and off the field. I can do a number of things at the QB position that some coaches may like depending on the system. I hold my teammates accountable and I lead by example. I’m a peoples person, I can connect with anyone I talk to.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

If you’re looking for someone who is dedicated and willing to put everything on the line for the team, then I’m the guy you’re looking for.
