Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

My goals were to be a leader for the offense and do anything possible to help my team be successful. We won our 5th Consecutive Conference Championship and I was a 2x First Team All-Conference player.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

Tough, Smart, Consistent, and a Leader. Contains extreme toughness and plays through any injury or adverse situations.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on my footwork, pad level, technique, assignment, and defensive line/linebacker tendencies.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

My communication, toughness, and my overall Football IQ of understanding the position of Offensive Line and defensive schemes. Offensive Line is the only position where a unit of 5 guys has to work together as one to be successful.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I will start training in January. I will focus on explosion, footwork, speed, and versatility. I will also start studying NFL offensive line techniques and schemes to help get a better understanding and preparation for the next level.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My leadership on and off the field. Being able to adapt to change through my versatility, whether I need to play Center or Guard.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

My pitch to the NFL would be all I need is a shot. I have always been doubted ever since I started playing football my junior year of high school. I walked on to Jacksonville State and then became a 2-year starter earning All-American honors and a 2x First Team All-Conference player.
