Finished the season healthy, had some minor things banged up but did not have to have major work.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I learned football more in depth, I started learning other positions, watching their reads, steps and fills.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
Very passionate and someone willing to give everything to make the play.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I watch my eyes, making sure they are correctly on the read, I watch my steps to make sure there is no wasted steps in and out of my breaks.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My size and knowledge for the game, my ball hawking ability and able to come down on the run.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Currently I am training at my campus and at a private gym in Pueblo, looking to join a gym down in Texas soon.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
If you want a person who is willing to give anything and everything to make the play i’m that guy. Though the trials and doubt dig me deep, I will prove everyone and everything wrong. I am the guy that should be on the field on Sundays but more than that I am the guy that you want on the 4th and goal to go to the championship.
