What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I wanted to be a 1st Team All-Conference defender and I ended up winning DPOY.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

It gave me some time to work on the mental aspect of football and get a better understanding of the game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I’m a reliable teammate. Poised under adversity and will give every ounce of my effort on every snap.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

The first thing I focus on is my matchups for the week. Whether that be the Tackles and or Tight Ends. Then I focus on the opposing teams tendencies; what personnel do they like? What plays do they like to run in certain formations? Do they like to run the ball or pass the ball more? Things like that.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I love to emphasize technique. I will be the most technically and fundamentally sound prospect at my position.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan on training at EliteU in Scottsdale, AZ. There are some high level athletes and NFL players that train there and I have some old teammates that train there and I saw the work they put in and would love to be a part of that training regiment.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The abilities I’d bring an organization is effort at all times, the ability to accept coaching and the desire to be a better person and player than I was the previous day.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I have been working basically my whole life to be given an opportunity to play the game I love. All I need is the opportunity to show what I can do and I promise you won’t be disappointed with the outcome.
