Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

Do whatever it takes to have my best season yet and catch the eyes of professional scouts.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

FAST, NASTY, SMART.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

Workout as much as I can, focus on my weaknesses and improve them, network myself and let people know who I am.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When I am watching myself, I first watch the whole play, then I start back and watch it on repeat and focus on my feet, then watch on repeat and look at body position, then on repeat and watch hand placement. When watching another opponent like a Defensive End, I do the same process and also watch for his tendencies like if he gets lazy through a game and how his motor works and look for his strengths and weaknesses.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I am extremely athletic and fast for an Offensive Lineman. I am a problem solver and can come up with answers fast in the moment.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Some strengths I can bring to a team on the field are leadership, both by example and verbal during the four seasons I have played at my University. No matter the score during the game or the record for the season, even during seasons we won less than 5 games, I have developed an attitude and a way to stay positive to keep everyone positive and pushing through it all. Off the field, I would stand out because I like to surround myself with positive success driven like minded people. I like to volunteer with local organizations and just help out any way I can.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I am a fresh, raw, large body for football. I started playing football my Senior year of High School and am still getting better every year and feel that I’m far from my potential. With the right coaching, I feel that I could be one of the best.
