Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I set 5 goals for myself at the beginning of this season was to be able to improve in the areas I needed to. My second goal was me wanting to become a better vocal leader. My third goal was to be first team All- conference! My 4th goal was to reach 300 tackles and 10ints and My last goal was to win the Mountain West championship!

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I think I made the right decision to take my extra year! For me again I needed to improve in some areas that I greatly did. The ultimate goal was to win a championship before leaving and I felt that we had the team and opportunity to do so and we did.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Very energetic, always smiling and a joy to be around! Very Coachable and adaptable player who loves the game! Ballhawk center fielder from my college baseball background. Very athletic and smart at the game of football!

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Honestly this past season I was just taught how to watch film so I’m still technically learning in a way but I’ve learn to watch tendencies, P & 10’s, 3rd down plays depending on the yardage. Just a few different things Coach Banda was able to teach me in a short amount of time!

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other players at my position is consistency, the amount of plays I’ve played shows my durability . You look around and my snaps alone shows a lot followed by the numbers! Top tier all around.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My off-season training is consistent with my regular training. Getting the job done behind the scenes and sticking to the script.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Abilities I’ll bring to the team is how versatile I am. The way I’m able to adapt to situations and my drive and will to win. They also will be getting a person who brings great happy energy to the room. Always smiling, always happy. A very coachable player.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch would be just look at the number and film and you’ll see that I can play anywhere at any organization for a long time.
