What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My goals this year was to beat all my stats from last year and just be a better player overall, but most importantly try to win a conference championship!
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I think I took advantage of it by showing how I can dominate up front and just looking over the previous years on how my game has progressed!
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say I am determined, have grit, am self-motivated, have high football IQ, confident and am a leader.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I try to focus on the little things and pick up on the formations and tendencies that will make my job easier and help the defense out.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My ability to move at the size I am and how quickly I do it. Also my ability to get pressure up the middle.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Make sure I stay in shape and workout consistently and stay hungry for my opportunity!
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I have good leadership qualities on and off the field, I have an ability to get along with everybody and make people feel comfortable, confidence is key to having a strong mindset, which I obtain in both instances.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’m ready to work, always hungry to put in work, and never scared of competition. Whoever is willing to give me a shot, I’m taking it.
