Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Goals I made my senior season was first to start coming into my final year because I didn’t play my junior year. Also to set a good example for the underclassmen, have over 30 tackles and finish the season strong, and hopefully continue my career.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

I feel the coaches will say that I bring a lot of energy to the team. I’m a great and fun guy to be around, my work ethic is great, and I’m a leader on and off the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I am studying film, I focus on how my opponent attacks and I visualize how I can beat him up every play. I also look at his stance to see how he comes off the ball and the way he strikes.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me from other players at my position is that I’m quick with my hands and I have great IQ on the field. I read plays before they even happen. I’m also more physical than other NG and I run to plays. I run after the ball, which you don’t see many defensive linemen running to chase a tackle 10-15 yards down the field.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

There really isn’t an offseason for me. I am trying to be great, so I will continue to train with my conditioning & strength coach Aaron Siekmann at BHSU.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Strength and abilities I will bring to the team is that I am a very passionate person about this game of football. My character is great and I feel as I will bring a lot of energy to the team on and off the field. My personality is great, I get along with the community and my peers wherever I’m at and to me, that is awesome. As far as my style of play, I am a ball hawk. I’m wherever the ball is on the defensive line and I am strong enough to shed blocks and fill up holes, so I am a big run stop player.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

To the scouts and other pro teams, just give me an opportunity and I promise you won’t regret it. I’m 110% dedicated.
