Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

My goals heading into my final season was to be a more vocal leader for the whole team, an to become an All-American. One of my main goals was to continue perfecting my craft for the next level.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Smart, tough, competitive.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

As I prepare for the draft, I will be training with my strength and conditioning coach at my school, Monday through Friday. My main focus will be on increasing my flexibility to help my agility while increasing my strength and speed.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When I’m studying film, I tend to focus on the way the offensive player is lined up on the ball, is he on or off the ball, and the type of routes being ran. I also look at the down and distance of the ball, the personnel groups, and the drop back steps of the Quarterback.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me from others in my position, I would say my versatility. I can play many different positions on the field. I can play deep and I also can play closer to the box. My ability to read the Quarterback and Receivers gives me the extra tip to learn a play faster than others.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My strengths and abilities I can bring to a team is that I’m a fast learner of the playbook. I could see the play once and will be able to go perform it on the field. My biggest strengths are that I’m tough, confident, and smart. Off the field, I make sure I’m on time to where I am supposed to be. I’ve never missed meetings or weights. I’m the type of player that will get as much extra work in as I can to be great.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I’m willing to play anywhere I’m placed and I’m also a good team player. I will put in as much time and effort I need to reach the goal ahead. I am dedicated to the game and have a true passion for the game of football.
