Accomplished goals: Allowed 0 TD’s, allowed less that 10 catches and less than 140 passing yards all season. All Newcomer Team. 2nd in Conference in passes defended.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I bring energy and love to compete, i’m dependable and accountable. They would also say i’m a team player that can adjust to changes on the fly.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on my opponents first, the main players I will be covering and I look for reoccurring tendencies that my opponent does regularly. I look for what routes my opponent runs best and what are his weaknesses and how I can attack those weaknesses when I see them in game. I also look for top plays and formations.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

You can trust me on and off the field. I thrive when it’s crunch time and i’m willing to do whatever is best for the team. I don’t usually focus on what other guys that play my position are doing because I try and focus on improving my game but there isn’t many corners that played a significant amount of snaps and allowed 0 TD’s in a full season. That comes from proper preparation and studying the game inside and out.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I am training to become a better player physically and mentally. I’m working to establish a solid base for my next position coach to help me build on and become an elite player. I’m training to be a healthy and active threat for a 16 to 20 game season.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a shifty lockdown cornerback with elite speed. I can cover anybody that steps across the line from me and I can do it at a high level. I can play man or zone and I am a fast learner that can adjust on the fly. I’m also great with communication which goes for on and off the field.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I started off as a junior college walk-on that earned a scholarship and played for two different division 1 institutions. I’m 110% sure that if you were to ask any of the many coaches that I have had the opportunity to play for or against that they will have nothing but positive words to say about the type of player I am and the type of person I am outside of football. I am a hard worker and very competitive and I am willing to compete for a shot at any league. I am ready to improve my weaknesses and become the elite athlete that I know I can and will be, I just need somebody to give me a chance to put my skills on display and everything will speak for itself. I appreciate everyone for taking the time to read this and get a look into my life.
