What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

A goal I set during my final collegiate season was to do my part to the best of my ability to help my teammates get better, also to win some kind of recognition each season I have been a starter at East Texas Baptist University.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I think I took advantage of this season by collecting another All-Conference award and utilizing the opportunity to put my talents on film for one more year.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think they would say I am a player that is gonna give everything I got to win. No matter what I will fight through any situation to achieve the same goal as my brothers.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I like to focus on how reactive my reading is. I like to break down the little things within my technique in situations to see how I can get better and or avoid mistakes within specific situations. I always strive to get 1% better everyday even if it is through film.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I believe I am probably the most physical safety out of all the pro prospects and have top of the line ball hawking abilities and fly around the field from the high or nickel safety position.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan on doing many kinds of workouts that put my body in different positions in order to prepare myself for the high level of competition. Also a lot of stretching and predominantly hip work and flexibility.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I will bring the team a different kind of drive to be a better man and athlete. I would bring a hungry yet positive vibe and try to use my personality and knowledge as a way to lead both on and off the field.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Being from D3 has made me more hungry to prove that the division means nothing when it comes to playing football. I know I have just as much if not more drive and ability than anyone in the country. If you want someone that will give you everything they got to reach the common goal, I am that man.
