What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My goals were to help my team achieve a winning season which was successful. My individual accomplishments were receiving 1st team All Conference, 3rd team All American, and earning Division I All New England Team from the New England Writer’s Association. I also earned a Hula Bowl invite which was a great honor and experience.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I had an excellent 6th year showcasing my blocking, running, and catching abilities.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My ability to be a lead blocker, a team player, and my powerful nature on the field.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on my technique that I will be using against the different defensive players I’m blocking.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My strong desire to win and my ability to hit and block anybody at any position.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I train 5 times a week for strength and speed, as well as follow a healthy nutrition plan.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Off the field, I will dedicate my time helping in the community with different charities, possibly getting involved in youth activities or wherever help is needed most. On the field, I will give everything I have to always do my best to help my team win.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
You will get a hard hitter, a powerful team player, and one that would be a strong leader and positive role model both on and off the field with a tremendous desire to win. I have extreme passion for the game of football.
