Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal was to be an All-American going into my Senior Year and I successfully accomplished that. I also wanted to make the D2 playoffs and win a Conference Championship which we did my Junior Year. Some of my other accomplishments are:
Junior Year: 2nd Team All-Conference
Senior Year: 1st Team All-Conference, All-Region, All-American, Conference Defensive Back of the Year (GMAC), Top 10 in all D2 Interceptions for 2019 (7). Conference tying record for interceptions in a game (3).

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

A smart, instinctive player who uses that to play fast, make plays on the ball, and create turnovers. Uses his athletic ability to put himself in position to make plays and prevent big plays. Long and rangy.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on my technique, my pre-snap reads, and every little detail on my opponent. This is a huge part to having success on the field. If I can pick up 1 or 2 little tendencies, I can use that to my advantage on the field. I also make sure I am keeping the QB guessing at all times by studying myself.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me is my knowledge at the Free Safety Position. I have played there since I was 8 years old and I use my instincts to cover ground fast, and make plays on the ball.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have been training at Total Performance in Wixom, MI. Pro day at Central Michigan.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a lead by example type of player who does the right thing on and off the field. I am competitive, and always locked in to whatever I am doing. Being resilient, knowledgeable, and putting in the time and effort is what I’m about.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

Take a look at the film and the numbers. Small school doesn’t matter in my opinion. If you can play, you can play. I am always out there to compete, and ready for whatever is thrown my way.
