Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
Win the ACC.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Physical, smart, relentless.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Starting from the film room. To the gym and on the field everyday has been a grind. Knowing I’m not where I want to be and knowing I have to outwork others.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I look for clues when studying another offense to help me play faster. When watching other Safeties in the NFL, I try to look for what they do well and why and what they don’t do well and why.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I believe my production in college does. Also, my will to win and be great. Once you take away all of the pro day talk and numbers and line up and play football, I will show why I am different.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I believe my work ethic, my love to compete, and my leadership skills. The energy I will bring to special teams and a secondary will be great.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I am a guy that has produced all my years in college and can play Free and Strong Safety, Nickel, and Dime Linebacker. Also, a guy that has started on every special teams in college.
