Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Scored my most touchdowns in a season. Mastered blocking schemes and how to set up blocks and sink LBs. Mastered being patient and hitting the whole hard. I also got better at pass blocking.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

Hard working, ambitious, committed. Also smart when it comes to offensive scheme and what the defense is doing.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on my footwork and steps. I focus on where my aiming points need to be and where the hole should be against different fronts. I focus on my pad level. I also focus on my patience in different run schemes. I focus on what LB I need to watch for different pass protections. I also watch the defensive fronts and tendencies.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

My size, my blocking, my brain, and my patience.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I am boxing to cut up. I am also lifting and doing speed work consistently. A lot of acceleration and deceleration work. Also a lot of explosive movements.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Willingness and athleticism to play different positions and special teams. The intellectual ability to pick up any offensive scheme. My size is also a great asset. I also have great vision.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I am a smart hardworking kid. It won’t take me long to understand a playbook. I haven’t had much opportunity in college, but when I have gotten opportunities I have made plays to help the team. If a team gives me an opportunity they won’t regret it.
