Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I wanted to enjoy my final year, be able to share wisdom with my teammates and set an example of what it means to be a part of the football program on and off the field at Ottawa University.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My teammates and coaches would say that I am a leader on the field and will always give it everything I have to help my team win.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
First, I focus on myself watching the little things that I do on every play and note what things I should have or could have done better. Then, I focus on defenses learning what they are trying to do and find weaknesses and open areas to attack come game time.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My size definitely separates me from the group. I believe I am a great motivator and leader on the field always encouraging my teammates. I am also much older and experienced than other prospects which also sets me apart.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I’ll be training and throwing in Jacksonville, Florida in a professional program getting me prepared for pro day.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I’ll bring leadership and experience to any team that takes me. I also am a very good punter which is unique and can come in handy playing the quarterback position.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
I’ve got the size, heart and work-ethic that it takes to make it. Whatever team takes a chance on me will not regret it because I have a lot to bring to the table.
