Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
After actually realizing and accepting that it was my last season as a college athlete, I wanted to make this season the best season I’ve ever played in my life.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Precise, comfortable, determined.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I’ve got my own work out routine that I follow, but I am looking into also getting into some training facilities I’ve been invited to.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I’ll look at every player separately, to see what they do on each play and how often they do it. All the Defensive Line stunts, Linebacker blitz, Cornerback and Safety blitz. Then go back through and draw up each coverage and look for weaknesses that present themselves. Eye in the sky never lies.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
There’s so many generic things anybody can say to this, but I would say my arm strength and my willingness to take chances that other QB’s would not take.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Leadership ability and my never quit attitude. I’ve never given up on a single thing in my life, and I won’t ever give up on something even after I accomplish it. My attitude when it comes to something I want to accomplish, talks for itself.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
My teammates, friends, and even rival college players do not call me Brett Favre for nothing.
