What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I wanted to make sure i Improve my technical skills & approve my IQ of the game & I know I did that!
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I think it helped me alot it gave me the time I needed to understand the DE position more & it paid off in the fall season.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say I’m a team player a hard worker & leave it all on the field every game & practice.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I like to focus on my ball get off & being physical getting on & off blocks fast, I feel like as a speed edge guy you need those qualities for the elite level that’s key to being successful at that position.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I think my speed and awareness.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I’m going threw a training program where I’m working on my explosiveness with striking & getting off the ball & I got with a track speed coach to help bring down my 40 time for pro day.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Good leadership on and off the field and to be focused on goals and results.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
If you need a hard nose kid to pick up the play book fast & understand he’s role within the team & don’t take plays off I’m your man.
