Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
As a kicker, I set very difficult goals for myself but ultimately, I am happy to come out of my senior season healthy and have a chance to pursue my dream of playing in the NFL.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say that I am a hard worker, leader, and intense player.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I watch film, I mainly focus on the little things. I try to figure out what went wrong to fix it or what went right and duplicate it. Kicking is very technique oriented so the littlest things matter.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My knowledge of the game and preparedness. To be a kicker, you must be strong mentally. It doesn’t matter how last kick went, you have to focus and make the next kick.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I trained down in Birmingham, Alabama with One on One kicking and Coach Mike McCabe along with many other great professional kickers and punters.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
That I have tremendous love for the game and that I am always honest.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
That I will go out and work my hardest with every opportunity I am given. Make sure that I have no regrets. It would be an absolute blessing.
