Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

One of my goals was to contribute for our defense from the interior being that I played DE most my career and I was able to do a lot from the inside.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My teammates and coaches would say that I am a very reliable player and teammate to have out on the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on the O linemen, and how good their hands and feet are. I watch their eyes as well to see if they give anything away by their eyes or stance. If I’m watching myself, I watch my steps and hand placement.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

At the position of DT I feel like I separate myself by being very explosive and quick for my size in the interior. I am a very athletic DT with good strength as well.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have been training with my strength coach Clete Mcleod at my school working on strength, speed, lateral movement, and practice for testing. I will also be doing board work and D line drills with other coaches at USD.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My strengths that will benefit a team on and off the field will have to be the way that I lead by example because somebody who always works their hardest and does the right things can affect teammates around them and boost their leadership as well either leading by example or being a vocal leader.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I am a guy who will exceed expectations and strive to be great in everything that I do. I am a quick learner and ready to commit my life to this game that I love and have been playing my whole life.
