What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I just wanted to win help set the standard, so eventually the program would be back. We didn’t do exactly that, but I do feel like Illinois will be back.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I think first of all it gave me a chance to develop physically, but I developed mentally as well. It was some things & lessons I had to learn, & I believe Hod brought me back to learn those.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Tough, smart & dependable. Those are the 3 qualities you want out of any player and I believe I posses all 3.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

The little details. I believe me focusing on those will help expand my game to a whole another level.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My versatility & the production at each different position, some did it at one. I was blessed to put together games at different positions just showing all the gifts God has blessed me with.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Work on the small details that’s the most important thing to me at this point.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field: my versatility off the field: my character. You can’t get around that. Character is the most important aspect for anyone.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

No pitch, I just believe my 5 years worth of film in the B1G & my pro day shows everything on the player you’ll get.
