What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My goal going into the season was to take my game to another level. I needed to show that I have the ability to be a 4 down back. Being able to block and catch out the backfield in any situation.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
The extra year really helped with my stats. Coming into the season I had no college career touchdowns. I ended the season having the second most rushing touchdowns in the conference.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I personally believe my coaches and teammates would speak good thing about me. I made sure I kept my head down and worked hard. Was the guy who kept everyone up no matter thier situation on and off the field.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When watching film I like to focus on the defense and their scheme. Its help me convert that over to practice then the game so I can play with more confidence. I also understand fronts and coverages pretty well because I came into college as a Linebacker.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from other pro prospects is that I’ve played many positions. I came into college as a highly recruited linebacker. Transitioned from LB to Fullback and became the starter. After the coaching change I started playing TE and that improved my blocking, route running and catching skills. Then went on to become the starting RB my last two season at Missouri State University.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I will be training with Stack ATL sports performance. Stack’s program will assist me for my upcoming pro day on March 10 at Missouri State and another one at University of Mizzouri on March 25.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
A strength I have that will stand out is being very disciplin. I also like communicating and connecting with people. I believe that everyday there’s always some new information to learn.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
While in college I have played Runningback, Linebacker, Fullback,Tightend. I came into college as a highly recruited linebacker out of Atlanta, Ga. I signed to the University of Louisville class of 2016. After my feshman year I switched to offense and became the starting fullback. Going into the spring of 2019 after the coaching change I became a tightend. I transfered to Missouri State spring of 2021. Once put into rotation with returning players, I became the starting runningback for the spring and fall season. I look forward to working with the team that takes a chance on me!
