What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal was to be more of a leader on my team and I feel like I accomplished that, I feel like because of that there was increased team chemistry on the defensive side and I really enjoyed being there for the team.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I didn’t get to really use my eligibility in Canada, I’ve only played 3 University years of football, but I still progressed over the year of no football.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think they would say that I set the tone as a player, a leader to the younger players and I strive to always get better.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I study a lot of tendencies for the offensive line and qb that usually give away the type of play and check downs that may follow.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I feel like my ability to play multiple positions due to my speed and strength really give me and edge. And I feel like playing in the CGS elevated my intensity to a level it hasn’t been before.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I am going to train with my team strength and conditioning coach in Alberta.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My Speed, coverage skills and emerging leadership really could help any team which decides to select me.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

If you want someone that hates complacency, always strives to increase their effectiveness in the sport of football and keeps his head down with very minimal head clashing between teammates and coaches then I am your guy.
