Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

To return from a season ending knee injury suffered in 2021. Not only did I return in record-setting time, in only my 2nd game back I recorded a 100+ yard receiving game with 2 touchdowns.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

The type of player that my coaches and teammates would describe me as would be a self-motivated leader. Meaning I don’t need anybody to push me to be great, it’s in me not on me. Also, a certified deep threat. While averaging nearly 16.0 yards per catch throughout my career at NAU, I was liable to blow the roof off any defense, no matter the coverage.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m watching film, what I find myself doing is breaking down tendencies/techniques. Before Saturdays I will probably watch a particular game footage 3-4 times. First time through I am watching the defense as a whole. Second time through I shift my focus to the corners/safeties. How are they getting out their breaks, are they downhill on runs, are they playing the ball when it’s in the air or the man, etc. Third, I like to see how involved the linebackers are in the pass game. What techniques are they using to defend their zones. How I can exploit those same techniques. I look for games where receivers have a similar style of play to myself and watch the techniques defenses use to try and stop them, and then exploit those same techniques.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Something that separates me from other pro prospects is my will, want to, and determination. If scouting me then you should already know my history and the injury I sustained in September of 2021. Many certified specialist believed that it would of taken up to 2 years for me to return to the field of play. From jump, I took it upon myself to decide that wouldn’t be the case. Although ALL odds were against me, I returned in less than a year and put up the same numbers that I had pre-knee injury. I am confident to say that is something that most people would not be able to do.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan on maximizing every opportunity that shows itself and preparing myself in a way that is puts me in a position to be successful. I am doing everything it takes to get myself mentally and physically ready for the next level.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Something that I will bring to a team both on and off the field is grit and determination. I will challenge the best of the best. I strive to make my teammates better and hold the to the standard of greatness in every aspect of life. From putting in the work that the cameras don’t see to helping the community that stands by and supports us.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I’m ready. I have been ready for a very long time now, but Gods timing is never wrong. I will go above and beyond to exceed expectations and make everyone around me better. Whatever role I am given I will do that and then some. I have always been the one not only to just do my 1/11 but to also guide others to make sure their 1/11 is done. I believe that I am a hidden gem in the draft and all I need is an opportunity to shine!
