The goals I had set for my final collegiate season was to win a ring and we did that by winning region one championship . Another goal of mine was to be an all conference player, I was able to accomplish by making second all psac. My final goal that I had set for myself was to just have fun playing the game I truly love cause after this it’s not promised if I am ever going to put the pads on again.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches and teammates would say that I am a leader, someone who would do anything to help see the team succeed.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Being a defensive linemen, I look at the the tendencies of the offensive linemen that I play against. How they set there feet, there hand placement, if they over extend on there first punch. I also look at how they set, line spacing. With these keys they help me determine what I will seen on run fits and how they pass set which helps me determine what moves I can use against them to get to the quarterback.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from the other pro prospects at my position is my determination and grit. Before I came to Shepherd I was a juco player. When you’re a juco player all you know is hard work and dedication because it’s a grind everyday. Everyone doesn’t makes it’s out of juco. I was one of those guys that made it out being able to have this opportunity is a dream that I don’t take lightly and will do whatever it takes to turn this dream into reality.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will be training at Zubak Athletic Performance in New Jersey to prepare for my pro day at Shepherd and the 2023 draft.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My strength is that my willingness to improve my game to be the best athlete I can be for the team. Understand my roll for the team and performing at a high level is what I have to do. Hold myself and my teammates accountable in every aspect that way on Sunday we perform at a high level.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

The player I am today is because of the journey I have taken thus far. It wasn’t easy truly started from the bottom with no handouts earning every opportunity never taken it for granted. Pushing myself when no one was around to watch or cheer me on. I understand if given a chance at any league that this opportunity might not come around again. So I will bust my ass work , harder than anyone to not lose this opportunity that will prsent itself to me.
