Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The main goals I had for my team was to win the conference and the natty. We completed the first and fell short in the final 4 of the playoffs. A personal goal was to be an All-American and I fell short of that but I was all conference.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would all say I’m high energy and always going to leave it all out on the field. They would also express that I’m a leader and always trusted to do my job and make sure the people around me are doing the same.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When studying myself, I look at the small things like foot and hand placement and also aiming points I take when tackling. Football is a game of inches and all the small things make a big difference. I’m always looking to see how I could make a good play a great one.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

From a mental aspect I would say my football IQ is high and it allows me to understand our scheme and how the offense may try to manipulate it to their advantage. From a physical standpoint, I am versatile and can play anywhere as a DB. My footwork, hips, range and tackling ability allows me to do so.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’ll be training in Orlando with some good people and working on everything for pro day as well as just working on my craft as a DB.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m versatile not only on the field, but off it as well with the different types of people I’m able to talk and connect with. On a football team that will have so many different types of people I will be able to bring great life and energy to everyone naturally.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I’m always working to be the most prepared mentally and physically. You’ll never have to question my love for the game. I’m versatile on the field and also have made plenty of plays on special teams. I would have more PBUs and INTs, but if you watch my film you will see they tend to go away from me as I am always locking up my matchups. I’ve made plays on the FBS level against top ranked teams as well as the D2 level. Many of so are in the NFL currently that I have made plays on in practice and in games. When I receive an opportunity I will not disappoint.
