Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

One of the biggest goals I set was to be an all conference player and I got that done and to be an important part of the defense.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Robby is a goofball and nobody can be a better goofball than him. He is always having fun playing football. Also he is a very physical football player who never is shy when it comes to contact.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m watching film I watch the offensive line. I’ve been playing D-Line and O-Line all my life and just switch to linebacker 2 years ago. I feel like they give away everything. Also I find out who their best O-lineman is and worst O-lineman is.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I went Juco in California and wasn’t a star from the start. I earned everything I had for my last 4 years and still am trying to earn a spot on a Pro team. I’m going to bring leadership from day one and be a force at whatever special teams they put me on and work my way to playing defense.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

There are a few places I’m going to be training in San Jose with my trainer Marcello Martinelli and in Southern California with one of my teammates Alexander Johnson and his trainer in Southern California for our pro days.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

One of my biggest strengths on the field is tracking the ball very well and also how physical I can be with my hat and hands technique while getting off the block and being able to play multiple positions. And off the field I love working with kids in the community no matter where I am at. I like going back to where I grew up and showing the kids that they can make it even if you did grow up on the other side of town we have the same capabilities as everyone else and can make it to college and be successful.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I would be an impact from day one from being in the locker room to being on the field and in meetings. I am a fast learner and love to compete and not scared to be physical. Also if you ever need a DE throw me in there and I can show you what I can do.
