What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I wanted to win the conference championship and go to the playoffs which I did not accomplish. I also wanted to break my school’s all time sack and tfl record which I did accomplish.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
My conference did not compete in the spring.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They’d tell you I’m tough and passionate.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I look for tendencies and indicators for my play recognition, helps me play faster. Other than that I focus on feet work and weight distribution.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I can play all positions up front and with the league moving toward position-less football, I think I’d be a good fit.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Continue lifting, field work, stretching and training for my pro day.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I am a leader on and off the field and disciplined.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I can add something to any roster weather that be defense, offense or special teams and in the right hands I can be the best at my position.
