Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

To win the conference and make it to the playoffs. My personal goal was to become an All-American.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Smooth, Fast, Physical.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

Work on increasing my strength and speed. Do footwork and DB drills to keep everything smooth. Also, utilize pool workouts.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

I like to focus on repetition and tendencies of players. Most players have tendencies that are uncontrollable, just have to find it. I always like to see what the team they’re playing did well or bad against them. Also, looking at old tape of when I played them helps me point out different mistakes I did that I need to work on in practice for that week.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I am a quick learner. I played as a freshman and had to learn the playbook fast. Understand terminology of plays comes a lot more naturally.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a hard worker and my own biggest critic. I will make sure to fix every mistake I can. To play DB, you have to be technically sound, because every movement counts. I find ways to improve. Helping my teammates reach their potential is something I try to do as well.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I will be the player that will never settle or get complacent. I’m constantly in a race to improving myself. I treat everyday like it’s an interview.
