What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The Goals I set were mostly team Goals, Having a winning season and winning a championship. I know that all the personal things comes with winning in the swac, the team with the most wins will most likely have the most all conference players. Unfortunately, we couldn’t accomplish neither of those goals.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

Well during my 2018 season, I feel that I didn’t play too well. In 2019 I dominated every week but instead of having only two seasons to show that 2018 me wasn’t me at my best, the extra year gave me another season to show who I really am and I took great advantage of that.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would probably say I’m a leader, a team player, a fierce competitor, a high energy player. Some may even call me a maniac.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

First I study the tendencies of the Offense to see what type of offense they are, I try and see if there are some things that are repeatedly showing up on film, maybe some concepts I can catch on to. After that I get into the individuals of the offense.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My instincts and my IQ puts me in my own lane, I’m versatile enough to do a lot of things and I’m smart enough to execute them at a high level.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I am training my physical body as well as my spiritual body and expanding my knowledge, making sure I am mentally on point as well.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

First, I am a man of faith, so that helps me to be a dependable teammate on and off the field. I have natural leadership abilities, every team needs leaders. I possess a great character, that goes hand and hand with both on and off the field situations.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

A lot of people ask me what season was my best season, I am still looking to have my best season, my best lies ahead. Give me an opportunity so that my best seasons will be while I am apart of your organization.
