Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

One of my goals was to become more of a role model on and off the field. We were moving into the ASC conference (The best conference in the nation) and we lost 36 seniors from the year before, so it was crucial that I had to get the young guys ready to play immediately.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Effort. Intensity. Heart.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I’ve been training to perfect my craft to a point that it becomes natural. Really focusing on getting stronger. I think that would be a helpful asset to go with my speed.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When I study film, I always look for tendencies my opponents make. Whether it’s a hand signal or something vocal.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

The thing that separates myself at my position (CB, WR, KR, PR, Gunner) is the fact that I play with passion and grit. I might not be the biggest one on the field, but no one can’t tell me that.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field strengths is my speed and quickness and the ability to control that. Off the field is my work ethic. Film, rehab, playbook, and putting in extra work.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I’m a baller. My height and my weight are just numbers. My heart is the biggest thing I bring to table. I don’t care about the money or notoriety. I love this game and I just want to play.
