Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Goals I set for this season was to become a captain on this team and lead the team day in and day out, which I was selected by my teammates to do so. Another goal of mine was to have a better season then the one previous and I’ve done so by basically doubling my numbers this season.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

The biggest thing my coaches and teammates would say about the type of player I am is I’m completely selfless. I always put the team in front of me no matter what and I am a great teammate to every player on my team. Also I am a great leader not just by the way I lead with my voice but also the way I lead by example. I’m an extremely hard worker whether it’s at practice or in the offseason.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on the little things mainly when looking to improve my game. Things that get overlooked a lot by people who just watch the sport for fun. My route running I make sure it is perfect every time, if not I work on that specific route in practice all week. Making sure every single play I’m pursuing the ball and trying to get on a block even if it’s all the way across the field. And then I look at every ball thrown to me if I caught it or if I didn’t, what I did wrong and why we did not complete that pass. Then I use all of this and be specific each day on one thing and at the end of the week put it all together and try and make me a better player for the following game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

One thing that separates me from other pro prospects at my position is heart, I never give up and I just keep on working harder and harder until I get what I want and then just keep on working to get better everyday. Also as a wide receiver, something I love to do that many other do not is block. I try my best to get engaged with someone every play when the ball is not in my hands. There is nothing better then making a great block and springing one of your teammates loose for a big play. I enjoy that just as much if it was me making that big play. Also I am not afraid to take a hit from anyone on the field when the ball is in my hands.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will look into pro days and combines and try and find which one is best for me. Until then I am going to keep on working as hard I can everyday in the weight room and on the field. And keep on watching film to see what parts of my game I have to improve on the most.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I will always do whatever it takes to make my team better. I will always bring the energy onto the field, whether it’s practice or a game. And day in and day out I will go 100% to make me and my teammates better. Also I love to be on any special teams possible and make an impact in that aspect of the game also.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

Coming out of a D3 school I just need an opportunity to prove myself. I am a well rounded receiver who enjoys blocking for his teammates just as much as catching touchdown passes. I just want a chance to play the game that I love at the next level.
