Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

DeAndre: Physical, Versatile, Relentless.

Q: How are you going to train/prepare this offseason in preparation for the draft or other pro opportunities?

DeAndre: I’m currently training with my trainer Mike Robertson and his team at iFast in Indianapolis. We are working on running mechanics and working to get stronger. Also, I work with another trainer Dexter Taylor on field work as an offensive lineman to improve steps, balance, and finishing blocks. We work once a day five days a week.

Q: If you could compare yourself to one current or former NFL player who would it be and why?

DeAndre: I would say Jason Peters because he physical, explosive, and run blocks well.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

DeAndre: I look at the defensive front, positive plays by the defense, Rate each DL and LB best to average. I also look at their top moves and top blitzes from third and long on passing down.

Q: What separates you from other players at your position?

DeAndre: I finish blocks and dominate my opponent until the end of the whistle. I’m also determined to challenge myself to make myself better.

Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

DeAndre: I would bring energy every day and play hard. I also set goals that I would work on to achieve on and off the field. Playing hard every time to make my teammates better and work hard to make myself better as well. Off the field, I would be involved with the community a lot because I’m big on doing things in the community. I have never been in trouble so off the field issues would never be a thing. I’m always representing my team, community, and my family in the best way as possible.

Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

DeAndre: I’ve been the underdog all my life and I would work my butt off to find a way to get the job done. I’m very dedicated and would show the passion to play for your team.
