Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

Some of my goals heading into the season were to stay healthy, lead my team to the NEC Championship, and to be the best player in the conference.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Technical, passionate, and dynamic.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

To prepare during the off-season, I am working on the small things. There is always room for improvement, even Tom Brady has things he thinks he needs work at.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When I’m studying film, I like to see what the offense’s tendencies are. Like what they like to do on certain downs and distances. I also like to see how the Receivers come off the ball and how they come out of their breaks on certain routes.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

The things that separate me from others at my position is that I can cover and tackle pretty well. Some at my position do one better than the other. I feel that I can do both pretty well and that makes me a complete football player.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths and abilities that I can bring to a team is that I pay very close attention to details, therefore they will see that I understand what I’m learning and can translate it on the field with just a couple reps. I have no problem learning from veterans and coaches. I practice as if it’s a game, making sure that I’m working hard. I can contribute to the team whether it be on defense or special teams. Off the field, I will be someone that doesn’t have character issues and will dedicate myself to my craft every day. Not just football related, but everything in my life. I am also a person that is willing to give back to the community and would have no problem sharing my story with kids, letting them to to always chase their dreams.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I went from high school, to prep school, to Division 2, to Division 1, and played at a high level on each level. Each year, I have gotten better and made the players around me better. I finished my college career as a champion. I am still hungry for more knowledge of the game and I am sure that when given more tools and knowledge, I will continue to get better and contribute to making the team better.
