Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
Some of my goals heading into the season were to allow 0 TDs all season, and make All-Conference and All-American.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Playmaker, Fast, and Instinctive.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I have a few training facilities in mind. I will make my decision after my bowl game in January.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I look for different tendencies in Wide Receivers, such as their splits inside or outside the numbers. I know if they are outside the numbers they are going to run inside breaking routes such as slants, digs, etc. I also look for what routes they run in different formations and downs. I key in on the Quarterback as well to see if he stares down his targets or likes to throw to a certain guy in certain situations, so I can jump the route and make a game changing play.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I feel like my versatility separates me from other players. I can play every position in the secondary. I can play off. I can play press. I can play zone and man coverage. I also can play all special teams.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Some strengths and abilities that I will bring to a team is that I’m a pure cover corner with ball skills and speed to run with anyone. I believe I can run a 4.3! Also, I am a hard worker, a competitor, and I’m a leader by my actions.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I’m everything you are looking for in a Corner. I have the size, speed, and playmaking ability to be a shutdown corner at the next level. I’m willing to tackle and give 100% every play. I’m a sleeper and I’m going to be a steal for any team that gives me an opportunity.
