Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

My goals heading into my final collegiate season were to first, impact my team in any way asked to put us in a position for a successful season. My personal goals were to duplicate my success in accolades from the season prior and to take my game that much further to motivate my teammates surrounding me.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

High Motor, Relentless, Knowledgeable.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I began training one week after my season with Tim Robertson to improve speed, explosiveness, and mobility.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

I start my week of breaking down film for my upcoming opponent by breaking down first and second down run tendencies, I look at my keys to pick up on any tendencies that give away the play before they run it. I then continue to break down third down plays and pick up on the tendencies of plays that are frequently ran. I then focus on redzone tendencies. I finish with pass route concepts that are frequently ran.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me from other players at my position is my speed and ability to react fast to plays. Another advantage is being able to see the game coming at me as a play caller to be able to anticipate what the offense will be running.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Strengths I can bring to a team is being very coachable and understanding of other people. I am hardworking and will not stop until I reach my goal. Off the field, I am always willing to lend a helping hand and to help in any manner. I have a good understanding of people and always put them before myself.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Having a Linebacker background allows me to play fast and physical. If asked to do something, I do it with no hesitation whether it is in my comfort zone or not. I have played almost everywhere and anywhere defensively ranging from coming out of a four point stance as a pass rusher, lined up behind the ball as a Linebacker, and as a Safety covering slots or coming out of the top.
