Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Heading into my senior season, the main goals that I accomplished were gaining weight to maintain a long season of physical football. Another accomplishment was showing a leadership mentality and keeping a strong work ethic.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches would say that I am one of the smartest skilled and organized players ever coached and the most consistent at doing my job in all three phases of the game. Also, give a hundred percent in the return game and/or whatever else is asked.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When studying film as a skills player, I focus all 11 players, on defense and on offense, to ensure the best match ups all around. Thats where my versatility comes in to play. I also focus on the techniques of everyone on the field to make sure me and my team are ready.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I’m more of the calm player out of the bunch, I’m rarely upset and very UNSELFISH. My game day preparation helps me deal with any adversity during the game.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

Weight train 3 times heavy a week and condition 2 times a week. Making sure my calorie intake is stable.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I have a very high IQ, so I can find weaknesses in coverages no matter how good the coverage should be. My reaction time is good and I have great hands, along with play making ability, and being a deep threat and possession receiver.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

My final pitch to anyone who is reading is that every year there are always a few diamonds in the rough and every diamond needs a little shining. In other words, I may not be the best, but I am worth the shot because of my competitiveness.
