Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
My goals were to try to lead my team to the FCS title and unfortunately I did not do that, but my other goals were to not give up any touchdowns or catches this season and to finish my college Career as an All-American. I left out doing both of those things, but it hurts me the most to know I didn’t lead my team to another NEC title.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Aggressive, Smart, Fast.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Currently, I’m training at MJP in Texas and I feel that I’m more ready for my pro day, my confidence is high especially that I have faith in the Lord.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
What routes and how they run their routes on the down and distance. I also study their top 5 routes and how they like to run them and when, and especially the formations they run them in.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I will tackle, I play within the scheme, I’m very coachable, and I play fast.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring a great personality, no off the field issues so you don’t have to worry if I’m making the organization look bad, I’m always trying to learn I can play Corner, Safety, Nickel, Special Teams, whatever the team needs me to play.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I’m a winner, I will help your team win, and I will compete. I made plays in college and didn’t allow a touchdowns, so I can stop 6 from getting on the board.
