What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My goal was to be an All-American, break the school sack record, and to lead our team to another playoff appearance.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I trained hard during the Covid Off-season and worked on my craft to become even more of a dynamic player.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say I have relentless effort and a force that demands a double team. Kind and gentle off the field but a beast on the field.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on where my hand strike lands and first step because they are the most important to having a good rep during the play.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I play with an edge and have a passion that drives me to be great in everything I do as well as have a dominant football presence on the field.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I will be training for the Gridiron Showcase in Sioux falls at Augustana and look to utilize the turf field and coaching Sanford Power can assist me with in my training.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I am a run stopper. Dominant in 1 on 1 pass pressure to make teams demand a double team. Off the field I am a leader and hard worker. Also intelligent, joyful, generous, out going, and have a servant heart for my communities.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I am someone who can be a difference maker on any team along with the ability and knowledge to champion my role at any position on your team.
