Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say that I’m a hard working guy and my passion for the game is incredible. Always positive and since Kilgore Junior College I’ve been stuck with the name “smiley”.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I’m watching film I look at small details of myself because at the end of the day you can always do something better. I take what I get from film and just keep doing it over and over again. Muscle memory is very important.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
The way I carry myself on and off the field. I feel like I’m one of a kind. Small scrappy guy I love being physical. With or without the ball in my hand. Also speed & quickness. Since I’ve been training I’m starting to figure myself out a lot more.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Currently training at “One9” in Argyle right now and they are doing a great job.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Definitely bringing energy to what ever team I end up on. My job is to play football and I’m going to have fun doing it. Doesn’t matter if it’s practice, a game, game night, treatment time it doesn’t matter. Off the field the same way.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
Don’t be scarred to take a chance on me. “Chances make champions” -lil Jairmy.
