Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Be better than I was the year before, win a championship, went over 1,000 career yards within two seasons, make a play every time I touch the ball.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
Kevon Latulas is a great person and teammate who enjoys everything about the game from the early morning workouts to the late afternoon meetings, never a dull moment and you’ll never see him frown because he’s doing what he loves, and the work ethic speaks for itself finish through the end zone! (Proper preparation prevents poor performance) work hard during practice, and makes plays when the ball is in his hands. A light to others.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Different releases I can take to create more separation on my routes depending on when I move from rb to slot or outside wr, leverage and body placement, attacking the blind spots of the db, I try my best to incorporate my favorite wr Dez Bryant he was Houdini when it came to attacking the db’s blind spot.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I’m willing to die feeding my family playing the game I love and I won’t stop until I get my gold jacket. I never compare myself to other players I have my own dreams I’m going to accomplish with the help of the man upstairs.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I am currently training myself along with some of my old high school coaches which is ok, I never needed a fancy facility or any special training, when I get on that field I work and can’t be stopped period.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Work ethic is unmatched, highly explosive, great hands, very versatile player, limitless potential, great positive energy, family values and morals, always eager to learn more and get better at my craft, as well as a person. Natural born leader.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
Franchise player, underdog but with a big dawg mentality, I love this game and I love making people around me better, willing to play any position needed to help my team win a championship!
