Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

To help lead the team to the Conference Championship and win back to back as well as win the National Championship. Also wanted to make 1st Team All-League again, which I did, as well as make 1st Team All-American, which I didn’t. Lead Conference in Passing yards and TD’s, which I did, but nation I didn’t.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Playmaker

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I will be prepared when that opportunity presents itself, until then, each day is a work day of consistently getting better mentally and physically.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

The type of defensive coverages they like to run
I look for the weakness in their defense
I look for the best matchups
I look at the corners’ techniques
The different stunts of the DL
Different blitzes
Favorites defense plays on different downs

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

Just the ability to have a natural feel for the game. To be able to bring so much creativity and excitement. One that gives his all each and every game for his teammates. A team leader that’s able to connect with all players and coaches.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Just give me one shot and it will be one of the greatest decisions you’ve ever made.
