What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

One goal I accomplished this season was establishing myself as a good receiving back.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I did a great job of taking advantage of the extra year of eligibility by getting better physically and adding more power to my game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Every player and coach will say I’m a good leader, I’m accountable and I’m willing to go the extra mile in my preparation.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m watching film I like to study how my opponents are in open space. I want to see how athletic they are and how physical they play. I also watch my mistakes and look at how I’m pressing the hole and whether or not I’m being patient enough. I also like to study running backs in the league and watch the moves they give in open space and also the subtle moves they do in the hole.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me is I can e moved all around the field and be a nightmare an open space. And I run routes out the backfield like a receiver.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’m training at a performance facility in south Florida.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m real big on accountability on and off the field. I hold myself to a standard because I know who I am and anything less is unacceptable for me.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Any team that picks me up will get a guy with a chip on his shoulder. A guy who understands the game and is a student of the game. I’m a DOG and that’s something you can’t coach a player to be.
