Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals going into every season have been to be the most dominant player on the field and focusing on doing my job each play. I am a firm believer in putting the team first and I know that all the accolades will come if I focus on winning each play! This lead me to accomplish numerous accolades each year and put my team in the best position to win.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches and teammates will say that I am a game changer. I bring a physical component to the DB position as well as football IQ due to me taking so much pride in film study. I am a big locker room guy and bring high energy every day.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When studying film the first thing I focus on is my alignment. Am I lined up in the right spot before the play starts and am I aware of the down and distance each play. Another aspect I focus on is my assignment. Am I executing my job to the best of my abilities and what position could I put myself in to win based off what the offense is giving me each play and player tendencies.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

There are several things I would say separate me at my position. First and foremost would be my physical attributes and versatility. I look forward to playing in the box and making plays in the backfield one play. As well as coming out and guarding slot receivers in man to man coverage the next. I would also have to say my ability to diagnose plays and film study. I enjoy watching film and it has helped me play at a high level and trust my instincts so I can continue to play fast.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan this off-season is to stay ready by training and taking care of my body. I know it is extremely important to make sure that I am technically sound and making sure I am fueling my body properly to play at the highest level! Surrounding myself with the right trainers and people with the same goal as me will make all the difference.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Strengths that I bring to any team consist of a strong work ethic, physicality and versatility! I would say I am not limited to performing one job. Professional teams could feel confident in my ability to not only play in the box but cover various types of receivers and tight ends as well. I am a team player and will do whatever it takes to win on and off the field!

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

When you recruit a player like me you aren’t just getting a football player, you are getting a man that is willing to do whatever it takes to win. I am a fast learner and pride myself on getting better every day. I am versatile and bring a physicality to the game that is evident when you turn the film on. I also have a knack for the ball and possess a wide range of play making abilities. You can expect high energy and I can mesh well in any locker room. If you take a chance on me you won’t regret it!
