Position: Safety/Nickel
Height: 5’11”

Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

Win the OVC and keep our conference win streak alive, win a National Championship, and just go out there be a leader and just be the best player I could be and enjoy my senior season.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Smart, Instinctive, Playmaker.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I workout at a place called The Warehouse near my hometown of Birmingham. I get a lot of great work there and also by reaching out to other guys that are at the next level and just grasping information that they have to give to help me along the way.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

Any tendency I can pick up on or something they like to do, it can be lineman or something a receiver or back does and does not realize it, just a habit, any little thing that’s what I’m looking for.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

My football IQ, I know what everybody on the field is doing and I know where my help is if I have any at all times and just my overall feel for the game.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Just being a guy that’s always going to do his job and elevate others around me when I’m on the field you know it, you can feel the energy. Off the field, I’m a guy people can come to no matter what and I’m a leader on and off the field.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

In me you’re getting the total package, a true football player that you can line up all over the field and somebody who doesn’t back down, as well a guy you would want to have in your locker room day in and day out. I’ve carried myself like a professional prior to this process and that will continue as I make this transition to the next level. I’m a no maintenance guy, I’m going to do my job and do it at a high level.
