Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?
My final season, I was third in the country with yards allowed and also gave up no touchdowns during my first 3 years as a starter.
Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?
My coaches would say I’m a competitor and love to compete and hate losing.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I’m studying film, I’m first looking at what type of personnel so I can know what idea of pass/run and then I look at the quarterback for any checks I saw throughout the week on film and I’m looking to see how the receiver is approaching the line and his demeanor coming out.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
What separates me is that I love to compete and my IQ for the game knowing route concepts, splits, and which type of offense we are going up against that week. Who is the offense coordinator. What did he run at previous schools.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Right now I’m training at U48, he specializes in the 40 yard dash in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I bring high energy to the field every time because you never know when it’s your last play. I try to be as vocal as I can and the main thing with me is just having fun, it’s still football. Off the field, you don’t have to worry about getting in trouble and taking the necessary steps to be the best version of me.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
My final pitch would be I love the game and I compete my tail off. I believe I’m the best player on the field regardless of whose there. I’m God fearing.
